Recommended Airport: Fly into McAllen Miller International Airport (MFE) — the closest commercial airport to our convention, located approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the Edinburg SDA Church and all convention hotels.
A second option is Valley International Airport in Harlingen (HRL), located approximately 45 minutes away. This airport may offer additional flight options depending on where you are traveling from.
We recommend McAllen (MFE) for the shortest and most convenient arrival.
Getting from the Airport to Your Hotel
Once you arrive, you will need a ride to your hotel. Here are your options:
There is no shuttle service between the airport and the hotels, so please plan accordingly.
First time using Uber or Lyft? Ask a family member or friend to help you download the app and set it up on your phone before you leave home. It is simple, safe, and much easier than it sounds!
Delicious vegetarian meals will be provided throughout the convention, including Friday dinner, Sabbath lunch and dinner, and a brown bag lunch on Sunday. Start each morning refreshed with the hotel’s complimentary breakfast.

Your safety is important to us! If you plan to walk between the hotel and the meeting site, please do so in groups and stay aware of your surroundings. Walking alone is strongly discouraged. Uber and other rideshare options are readily available and a great alternative, particularly after evening sessions.
